From September 25 to 27, 2025, Haulotte Italia took part in the 10th edition of GIS Expo in Piacenza, Italy’s largest trade fair dedicated to lifting, material handling, and heavy transport equipment. With more than 490 brands exhibited across 100,000 m², GIS has become an unmissable event for professionals in the Italian industry.

300 m² of innovations and new solutions

On a 300 m² booth, the Italian subsidiary welcomed numerous customers and partners who came to discover Haulotte’s latest innovations. Among the machines on display were several models from the PULSEO range: the HA16 E PRO and, in particular, the brand-new HA20 E PRO and HS21 E PRO. All PULSEO aerial platforms were showcased with their Range Extender (REX), a generator that recharges the machine’s batteries, especially useful on jobsites without access to the grid. The REX ensures unlimited duty cycle and is interchangeable between different PULSEO models.

Also exhibited were the SIGMA 16 PRO articulating boom, as well as compact and electric scissor lifts including the Star 6, Optimum 8, Compact 10 N, Compact 12, and the Quick Up 9 AC. Digital solutions were also in the spotlight, with two machines equipped with Advanced Access Management (AAM), enabling fleet managers to remotely control machine access and usage.

On Friday evening, Haulotte Italia organized an “Open Up” event directly on its booth, bringing together more than 100 customers for a convivial aperitif among the displayed machines. This highlight of the show reinforced proximity and exchanges with industry professionals.

A 4th award for FASTN

Another highlight of GIS was Haulotte Italia receiving the Innovation Award for Operator Safety at the Italplatform Awards ceremony, rewarding the FASTN solution. Already distinguished three times internationally, this unique technology now celebrates its 4th award. FASTN enables construction companies to significantly enhance operator safety on mobile elevating work platforms (MEWPs) by detecting whether the operator’s safety harness is correctly anchored. It is the first universal, connected fall-prevention system for MEWPs.
